Situation: The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) had quit while the organisation was going through a critical digital transformation.

Ask: The client asked ARInnovate to act as the Virtual CISO for a period of 6 months until the digital transformation was completed.

Our Solution: Our Managing Director acted as the V-CISO for the organisation for a period of 6 months.  During that time, we established:

• The security architecture capability
• Implemented security monitoring capability with monitoring over cloud assets
• Introduced and implemented zero trust capability

Location: Sydney, Australia

Situation: The organisation has faced an Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority’s (APRA) CPS234 audit. The organisation faced several findings which had to be resolved quickly

Ask: The client asked ARInnovate to resolve the findings.

Our Solution: To resolve the findings, we implemented the project in two phases.

Phase 1: Established a plan for resolving the findings with timeframe. This was agreed by the regulator.

Phase 2: Implemented the following initiatives to resolve the findings:
